Submit a large Earnest Money Deposit EMD  

This act alone will communicate to the seller that you are a serious buyer who is willing to risk more money to buy their house.

Show the seller you are fully qualified to buy the house. 

A strong approval letter from your lender is always advisable 

Give the seller a little more time to move. 

They will appreciate this much more than paying a few dollars more. 

Moving is stressful for sellers and they may need more time. 

Reduce the amount of contingencies if possible. 

The less conditions your offer has, the better chance of  getting accepted. 

Write your best offer!

Without saying, this alone is one of the most influential reasons why sellers pick one contract over others.
