If you’re like most homebuyers, you’re trying to see all the homes for sale on a 25-mile radius.

Relax, narrow down your search in the right locations and concentrate rather in quality than quantity

Step 5:Make an offer

This is the most important step, your agent should advise you the best offer amount than  is not based on the asking price but, the actual value of the house. 

Step 6:The Close

Once you and the seller agree on the terms, you'll have a ratified contract in your hands. All the conditions inside the contract must be met before the actual closing of the house. 

 You’ll likely be in very close communication with your agent, lender, and title company during this time.
