June 2011 Summary:

 

We start the second half of the year and what a year so far has been. . .

Closed sales are in the highest point of the year. . that's the good news. .

The bad news is the average sales price is not increasing. As it should be.. . .


Overall, the state of the real estate market in Frederick County is just being maintained and it will be a long time before we see the growth we experienced back in the 2004-2006 markets.
