If I was selling a listing and needed for someone to pay full price. .
The first thing I would need is full control of the transaction,
An "inexperienced" buyer that is willing to come alone. .
A buyer that is willing to share with me how much money they have on the pretense of a discount by using my lender. .so I can charge them the most they could afford
A buyer that is willing to overlook the faults of my listing and become vulnerable to my demands on terms, price and conditions.
If I was selling a listing and wanted the perfect set up to sell it at its highest price. .
I would love having an unrepresented innocent buyer. .with money! . .and charge them the highest amount allowed by law.
After all, I'm trying to impress my sellers. .
The ones they've hired me to sell their house,
The ones that want profit. .and profit I shall deliver
