Spanish Real Estate -- Rentals

From time to time we feature International Real Estate

Today we are focusing in Spanish  Real Estate.

If you are moving to Spain and want to buy a property first, my advice is to rent out a property first before you decide where you should live.

You will need to see the difference between the any areas in Spain before you commit to one single property.

You should explore different parts of the areas you are looking to call your home base.
Take these examples of particular areas in Spain.

Big thanks to for their permission to allow us to use this valuable information.

I hope this will help you know the different areas that you may want to rent before making the decision to buy. You should also visit during different seasons so you can get a vibe for the different times of year.

You need to also discover  all the amenities and different things located on and near the  property you are considering. Are you close to the shopping area or great places places to eat?
Are you going to be working there? test the time it takes to travel between work and your potential new home.

The prices of homes in Spain are not as cheap as they used to be and when you compare to the USA. . we are spoiled here with our real estate.

If you choose to find a great place to rent, give our good friends at a call , they have agents who speaks both English and Spanish to help you with your situation.

You should also be prepared for all the paperwork that will follow this process.  Spain has completely different laws in real estate as we have them in the USA. You will need to hire an attorney before committing to purchase a home there.

If you need to sell your home here in the US before relocating, we can help you make the transition smoother. .. give us a call for a free consultation
