This is one of our techniques to target buyers for all our listings

As you are aware, the MLS releases to all agents on the board a list of homes that have just recently went under contract.

These are homes that were "active" in the market and they recently went under contract.

All sellers from these homes are "VERY MOTIVATED BUYERS" 

They must find a home soon  or run the chance to become homeless when their sale closes.

It is these targeted 'sold sellers' now converted into buyers who are the most motivated to buy a home.

My job as your agent is to get these targeted buyers into your home by networking directly with their listing agents, plus using other strategies to get the attention our listing deserves.

If we are selling a $400,000 home, we target any $300,000 seller that just got their house under contract.. . as simple as that sounds, I don't know of any other agent(s) doing this as a service to their clients.
