Contract to Build
Once a customer approves for a new construction, the builder will draft a contract where you will participate as the party that transfers the lot and all it's rights. ( You are welcome to include your own attorney for advice before signing this contract) At the time of signing , you can no longer offer the sale of your lot on your own. You will have a ratified contract of sale.

One story living makes a lot of sense for many reasons. It is for people that are scaling back from much bigger homes, after their children are gone, they find very quickly that their home is not a place where they want to grow old and live for the rest of their lives.
"Who want to wash clothes downstairs and bring a whole load of clothes upstairs" chimed one of my friends.
A one story home is very practical living. I realized that from my friends. A one level home you can bring the groceries, cook, have dinner, entertain, do laundry and yes even go to bed all on the same level!

I saw how difficult was to pick all these homes for my friends and ...I WAS THEIR REALTOR!!!
